Poor Heloc Loan execution by Achieve
I completed a heloc loan with Achieve and on 4/29/26 all payments were allegedly made by Achieve. As of 6/12/26, one payment still is posted to my account so I reported this to Achieve 30 days ago. It still is not resolved and I’m getting the run arounds about policy, process and regulations at Achieve. Achieve is not taking care of its customer in a timely fashion. The matter is still pending and I’m making payments in good faith and Achieve is not doing the right thing by me as their customer. At this point it’s feeling very regrettable!!!
