Return address required
I purchased some clothing from an ad and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately the item is not suitable and I have been trying to return it. Their website says to write asking for their return address but after exchanging 12 emails they refuse to provide. To date I have been offered $5, $10 and now $15 for an item that cost over $100. If anyone has a return address they can provide i would be most appreciative. Cheers. BT
