I placed an order with Presentgivers…
I placed an order with Presentgivers more than a month ago and still have not received my order. There is no reliable estimated delivery date, and despite contacting customer service, I have not been given a clear answer about when my order will arrive. I also requested a refund because of the excessive delay, but they have refused to return my money. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. A company should be able to provide customers with a reasonable delivery timeframe and a straightforward refund process when an order has been delayed this long. I would not order from Presentgivers again. It’s too bad because the product looked like fun!
