I'm extremely disappointed and upset about purchasing the A5 pro The first day I got it, I started to set it up and got locked out!!! I put fingerprint security on it and password. Everytime I power on, it asks me to connect to wifi but it won't accept a wifi password or let me back into the phone. I took it back to the store I bought it from and he said I forgot my password which I didnt. I struggled with it for a week, went back and said what can I do this phone doesn't work and he said... Not my problem, u put your name in it so there's nothing I can do??? Send it to Umdigi????? Like WTh!! sent email to Umdigi and got ZERO RESPONSE Never buy from Trex Computers in Drumheller, Alberta Canada!!!
