There are excellent finds and prices but some items do not match the picture, or are not of the best quality and some exceed your expectations. Overall I love the site and have purchased over 100 items but the poor quality items and lack of customary western customer service leave you losing money and frustrated. However, the great deals and overall savings do offset that. I could not ethically leave 5 or 4 stars because their customer service lacks sensibility and understanding and some of the sellers are dishonest. It's a gamble but overall you win.
