Absolutely furious
Absolutely furious. I placed an order on the 22nd of jan 2020 so I could have a Bluetooth adapter for me passing my driving test. This certain one got sent to me so I have ordered and paid £7.99. Still to this day I have not received what I ordered. I have emailed several times and been completely ignored, I have demanded a refund but honestly don’t expect one with how disgusting their customer service is not even being able to give us some indication when it will arrive. Honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all.
