Not happy AT ALL.
I have subscribed to this app with one week trial. Obviously I realized one day later that the trial ended, when I checked my bank account. They have 3 subscription plans, and they put me straight away on the 12 MONTHS ONE (the most expensive one) without my permission, without asking me which subscription plan I wanted. 60 GBP out of my bank account without me agreeing. I tried to write to customer service, no reply. Please refund me this amount, I have already contested the payment on Paypal. Shocking
