Speedy fast
It took me just a few minutes, maybe 2, to get a real person on the phone, his name was Troy,I was surprised! Troy sounded very professional and knowledgeable right off the bat. I explained my issue and it took Troy 30 seconds, or less,to have several links to me so I could find what I was looking. Also I had an issue with one of the clips for my Byrna, I sent him pic's and problem solved! GREAT JOB TROY!! 1
