They ignore you completely
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was working with Christian Sanson and he would email me answers to my questions right away until they just stopped responding at all. I sent in the required paperwork and asked to verify they received it. Due to covid everything is online. I have sent emails and called to leave voicemails. No response from anyone. I decided to go with them because of their ratings but should of know the bad ratings they do have are exactly the same things I have been experiencing and should of turned away then. Now not only have they ran my credit they won’t even acknowledge me. When I do call to try to reach Christian Sanson the man that was suppose to be working with me the people who answer are friendly and act like they want to help even thought it didn’t do any good when they won’t switch my worker or even try to help other than just put me through to a voicemail box that never gets returned. What are they doing with my information I turned in? They get personal information and then ignore you completely. Turn away now before you receive some paper saying false information just to reel you in.
