Avoid this company iowowo,
I put a one star rating as I couldn’t give a zero. This company should be avoided like the plague, prior to Christmas I ordered a personalised Biker clock for my husband as a gift, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture it was a flat piece of acrylic with a hole in the centre, there was no clock movement or hands so obviously it had been falsely advertised. I immediately contacted them and they asked for a photo which I sent, they came back and said it was as described but offered to send me a clock hand (1) I again told them it was not fit for purpose and asked for a return label in order to get a refund I was then told they would not pay to have it returned, I again asked for my money back they said the most they will pay is 40% what a joke. These are con merchants and scammers
