Great concepts but unreliable service
Order ULANZI160017 Placed an order for a tripod and a cage a week ago. Got my cage but my tripod hasn't been shipped since then. Tried emailing them twice, but got no response. This was a shame because I was traveling within the US, now I need to find a way to ship it to Dubai which is where I live. I also bought their other tripod off amazon the tt38 as a replacement because I need to run my business, the tripod they sent me was broken. Kinda ridiculous, I was hoping to invest completely into their systems but at this point things are comical
