The product I ordered got lost by USPS or something. I contacted iTalk and they immediately got on a new order for me. They responded very promptly to every email I sent them during the process, and I sent some late at night. They always answered within 8 hours. I got the product and the harnesses are exactly as described. They are easy on and off, and aren't a pain in the butt for me or my dogs to get on. They are personalized just as I asked. Would.
