Utterly outstanding
Utterly outstanding! So thoughtful and what a beautiful story. Also they sent a kind personalized note apologizing for an order being out of stock with an immediate refund (which was so immediate it was within hours of placing the order.) Thank you for your kindness, may your business and family be blessed.
