Pre-Ordered and very happy.
I pre-ordered the U1 in early February and couldn't wait to get it. When it came in mid-March, I was completely satisfied with the packing and the simple instructions for assembly. I am very impressed with the four hot-ends that do not require having to swap out filaments to change colors. Mine changes hot-ends in less than 13 seconds compared to 2 minutes for my Bambu P1S. Printing has been great with very little issues of which were mainly my learning curve. The only issue I have is that I cannot buy parts or accessories and not received them until November. I was wanting to purchase the top cover and the high carbon steel hot-ends but I'm not willing to pay for items that take eight months to receive. Otherwise I would have given SnapMaker five stars.
