Massive amounts of information and experience!
Throughout the process of increasing my rating, I was thoroughly impressed by two things: the amount of available information from VACI and my coach's efforts to get this information into my hands. Each claim process was presented with CFR references, training videos, and live Zoom sessions. Hearing and seeing what other vets experienced in their journey gave me the confidence to tackle my own. Hats off to coach Evan Cunningham and the rest of the VACI team. You truly led the way in putting my interests first. Thank you!
