Terrible battery life and no suppprt
I purchased one of their cordless vacuum cleaners just over 18 months ago, and the battery started going pretty quickly, until it would only let me use it for under 5 minutes after a full charge. I contacted the company hoping to get a replacement battery, but they discontinued the product, and because I contacted literally a few days over their 18 months warranty period, there was nothing they could do, so I've had to throw away the whole thing. Waste of money!!
