Avoid At all cost!!
Ordered a Volcano Vaporizer , total just under $700, couldn't find a confirmation email so reached out to their "support" email asking for a confirmation email and an ETA for delivery as I was just given an ETA with the shipper. 5 days go but no email response what so ever, the payment for the order is still processing, have to wait for an hour customer service to tell me it's already shipped and "is in USPS hands now", so can't even cancel the order with them so I can get my money back. Will wait one more day for a shipping confirmation before disputing with my bank for fraud. I had some health issues come up which made me not able to smoke anymore so need a true vaporizer for my medical marijuana. I ordered on Thursday, expecting it to arrive or at least ship out on the weekend. Item was in stock up on purchase, no where on the site did it say they take longer to package up orders, or any warning/messages about a processing time or delay. First called Monday and they told me it was sent out to USPS waiting to be scanned and should of been updated that night or morning. As of Tuesday afternoon no update.
