Ultimate vape customer support is non existent. Ordered product under there 15% off and when order went through found that the 15% was not applied. Contacted company and was told that there was a space between "friday 15" and not "friday15" and this is why 15% was not applied. When I was ask how we fix this and was told they could not. If this is how a company handles customer support then it is obvious they do not appreciate good customers and will not purchase again from this business. BUYER BEWARE.
