Poor quality difficult but not impossible to get a resolution.
Ordered a dress for a wedding, I was going on holiday so ordered this in plenty time, checked it fit when arrived and the dress was beautiful on. Fast forward about 5 weeks and I wore said dress to a wedding, within 3 hours the front section of the dress had frayed away from the lining of the dress. The vast majority of the time during this period I was sat down so I was extremely surprised. The quality of the dress/product was clearly poor so I got in touch with customer services who very politely told me that despite the dress being obviously either faulty or poor quality (which I would not expect for a dress costing £77), I was not entitled to a refund or replacement. They did get back to me fairly quickly but considering the cost of the dress and the time spent in it before it frayed I would never recommend this company to anyone. Edited to reflect resolution of issue: Sunfere have provided a replacement of this product. A resolution which I find satisfactory. I am happy with this solution but I will say it did take several back and forths to achieve this. I have added an extra star to reflect this.
