Buying Experience
Initially was a good experience. the company replied promptly and allowed me to change my order. Once the order was put through though I had to chase it up myself to check it had been sent, then once it was in transit, the carrier they used was terrible (i appreciate that is not a Giztop issue but considering that other companies are delivering items with no issues globally, i am not sure why the delivery from giztop was so awkward). I would buy from them again but not if I was in a hurry. Also there are other online providers from china selling at a lower price (I learnt this and that was why i ended up changing my order). So if you are cost conscious maybe search more on google.
