THEY PROMPTLY FIX ANY ISSUES
I was PISSED when my product came in wrinkled from being crammed into a box... Nathan from customer service IMMEDIATELY reached out to me once they learned of the problem and sent me a new product, No Charge. Ngl I was definitely worried it was going to be one of those instances where I'm going to have to end up paying as much for shipping back and forth as the product was worth, but nope. They went above and beyond to fix the issue with no effort on my part. This is one of those few companies you know you can trust. And I definitely love the product! Absolutely great quality for the price.
