I haven’t recieved my items but I wanted to give a lil insight on my beginning initial experience. I ordered $150.00 worth of merch 2 wks ago. The website did give a warning that due to Covid the order could take up to more than 20 days . I ordered my items and received 2 initial emails. Immediately. After two weeks inThe wee hours of the morning I began to get concerned about my merchandise because I had not received any emails throughout the two week process around 3:48 AM and I inquired through the website and received immediate response through messenger from a representative thru live chat I believe and shortly after I received an email stating that my items in order had been shipped I will return with an update.
