Great product, excellent customer service
I have bought 4 bottles from SHO and love them. I did however have an issue with one of the bottles. I contacted the company and dealt with 3 customer service reps over the course of the communication. The issue was resolved quickly and very professionally. Katie, Ellie and Hollie are a great example of what customer service should be. I would recommend and have recommended these bottles to many people. Keep up the good work and thank you again for a speedy resolution.
