Appalling delivery - but they compensated me
Placed an order on Mon 28 Oct for "5 to 12 days" delivery. Then discovered that they ship from China! It took until 16th November to arrive - 20 days. Their excuse - they only count weekdays, but then it's still 16 days. And, who only counts weekdays? All international carriers work 7 days a week. The main problem was that they say they shipped it on 2nd Nov (Saturday! That's interesting, so they don't count weekends, but do claim to work them). So, that's 5 days lost before they did anything at all. No chance of 5 -12 days from there! Interesting that the tracking clearly shows it arriving at the courier on Mon 4th - so, 7 days in before they actually got it to the courier. That said, they reached out and repaid my shipping costs, which they say is a standard T&C if they don't meet the delivery date promised. Well done Garmade!
