Rarely do SMS messages sync
Rarely do SMS messages sync. I can see activity in the key logger but I'm unable to see who the communication is with or their response. I've written customer service twice about the issue, they offer the exact same advice which hasn't worked. The app blocker doesn't work. Perhaps for a while but by the end of the day, my kid back to playing games. Lastly, the app has to be uninstalled & reinstalled everytime the phone powers down. If the phone runs out of juice, the app still doesn't work when it's back on until I can re-install. Update: the customer service has been very good and my issue has brought their attention to the need for a fix that is being worked on and, I'm told, available by end of month. They've also been able to issue a partial refund to accommodate the issue. I'm hopeful the issue will be resolved soon.
