Flight tickets change
I have flight tickets booked with trip.com with my return flight being a connecting flight back from riyadh, due to recent conflict in the middle east i have requested to changed this to a different airport which I beleive is safer. I have been making this request over the last 3 days and my request is being rejected that this can not be done for free, i also mentioned that I am willing to pay and the agents mentioned to my twice that they will put that request in and get back, all I got back was a request cancellation email. I should be able to change my flight due to recent safety concerns however trip.com seems to ignore my request and not accommodate this weather it is voluntary or involuntary. From this experience it seems that trip.com is not taking their customer as safety concerns seriously and not willing to be supportive. I am now stuck with the same flights and no one is willing to support on getting safer flight changes, please give it good think before you take out flight tickets with them as they dont seem to listen or be accommodating.
