I had a fantastic experience!
I had a fantastic experience working with Amanda Somers. As someone with a lot of different experience looking for my next executive level role, I was challenged with trying to keep my resume readable while still reflecting all of my relevant skills and experience. Amanda was up for the challenge and then some. On our initial call, she really focused on understanding my background and where I want to take my career next. Then, somehow...magically...she was able to completely revamp my existing resume into something that quickly represents 25+ years of work in a way that I am proud to share with recruiters and others in my network. Amanda was also able to make sure my resume was optimized for the systems that often screen resumes before a human even sees them. I would definitely recommend Amanda and The Job Sauce to others.
