Does not ship internationally! I purchased a pair of refurbished discounted wheels from ICan. I live in Canada and the pair of wheels I puchased was in a US warehouse. I exchanged many commnications before the purchase with different employees from ICan enquiring about the condition and specifications of this particular set of wheels using my " dot.ca" email address. I decided to purchase the wheels to be informed a day after the purchase that the company could not deliver the wheels from the US to Canada! At no point during my different communications I was told I could not purchase the wheels. So much for this International company that cannot deliver internationally!
