"We'll get back to you within 24 hours" is more like 48 to 96 hours. I asked for a refund in the time frame of a week, they got back to me way later. Refunded me almost the full amount. I am not gonna argue over $12 but a promise of a full refund should be apromise of a full refund. Are $12 worth the bad taste in your ex-customer's mouth ? You decide
