Customer Service nightmare to get a refund
I ordered a switch for a nutone hood vent. The part came quickly but it was wrong. I went to their website to begin a return. When I entered the order number, nothing was found. Finally had to call the phone number listed, and the man found my order right away, and said he would send it to the back room to be approved. I waited a couple weeks, and contacted them again. They said to look in the spam file. It was there. So I printed off the return address that contained the RA number, packaged it and mailed it. That was a month ago. I still have not received a refund. Their customer service stinks when you have a return. So far I am out $50.00 with nothing to show for it except aggravation.
