A Scam but Decent Customer Service
I ordered the "Elegant Ball Gown Black Quinceanera Dresses Lace Appliques Tulle Tiered Special Occasion Party Gowns Formal Long Vestidos De Soiree" from the seller Alsen Life. The customer service has been great in terms of communication but the dress came late (and it was scheduled to take a long time to arrive in the first place). In addition, I ordered the dress custom made and it is clear that the dress which came is not custom made whatsoever. The measurements are off by a mile. Plus, the dress which I received is not the same dress featured in the picture. The dress in the picture is clearly designer while the one I received is a cheap knock off. I do have to give them some credit since they removed the pads from my dress when I requested it. We will see if they accept my request to return it.
