Just be aware
Just be aware. The product itself (this is the name -1 x 222195226 Children's Room Ceiling Light Modern Clouds and Stars Warm Bedroom Boy and Girl Room Eye Protection Lamps - White 220V-240V 13.5")is packed well and arrived and probably works. My issue (and it will be yours) started when i wanted to return the item for a full refund-as it arrived so late due to custom and boarder stuff from China Mainland, we had to find an alternative lamp as the kids were on their way out from mommy. So returning an item does not quite exists with this company. In initial communication they were declining to refund due for the item arriving in good condition and that there is therefore no option returning it. After me quoting their own T&C, they were trying to talk me out of it offering 10% refurn while keeping the item. "Returning the item would cost me a lot to China Mainland". At this point I lost it and just went all in not caring much about the cost involved, curiously driven where it ends. After about 50 email communication involving higher ranked comrades, I was presented with two option, either leaving a good review for 60% refund or leaving no review for a 40% refund. (alternatively in a separate email i was told i could return the item to - and the address was given as - something something China...150meter from that road sign to the right..... :) ) You can guess which one i went for. In any case, if you want something relatively cheap that probably works go for it, but returning any item is just not an alternative so bear that in mind.
