Upon engaging your firm to manage my expungement case, I anticipated a professional approach, efficient communication, and visible progress. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that none of these expectations have been met. Contrary to your claims of the New Jersey courts being heavily backed up, which you have used as an explanation for the lack of progress in my case, I have received contrary information from reliable sources. A close relative of mine, who is a Deputy Chief in a New Jersey town, has conferred with a Judge acquaintance. They have both independently confirmed that the two-year delay you cite is not consistent with standard judicial timelines. This discrepancy between your assertions and the input from my contacts, coupled with the absence of significant progress in my case, leads me to question the credibility of the service I have received from your firm. I have been patient thus far, but I am compelled to state that if a satisfactory resolution is not forthcoming, I will be considering further legal action to address my grievances. It is my strong preference, however, to resolve this matter amicably. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the fees paid, as the services promised have not been delivered.
