I wish I had looked at the reviews…THEFT OF MONEY
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I travelled, as they are a true representation of how abysmal this company is. They rescheduled my flight twice. On the second reschedule, they offered a refund, which one person in the booking wanted to do. They accepted a refund was due but repeatedly refused to provide it due to a very slight name difference. I provided a copy of my driving licence, and they STILL refuse to provide it. They've asked for a ridiculous bank statement, as no one would share that private information, which can be subject to fraud. GIVE ME MY REFUND. SCAM ARTISTS.
