Problems, but easily sorted
I ordered a square table and Pacific chairs, within a week my order had arrived, a smooth delivery and the product was well packed. However, on unpacking I Discovered that one of the armchairs had a problem on a joint. As instructed I sent a photo of the chair, by email, to customer services, within an hour I had a reply telling me that they would send a replacement out. There was a hiccup that I was not going to be available to accept delivery for over a month so we arranged a date in the future. Without any further reminders from me the chair arrived as arranged. The furniture itself is of a good quality and I suspect it will out last me.
