They sent me defective jeans where the inside seam wrapped around to mid shin of the left leg. I asked for an exchange. They refused on grounds I did not have the plastic bag they were delivered in. I previously had purchased about 15 pair of jeans from them. I will not make anymore purchases due to them sticking me with paying for their defective product and refusing to except a return in a different plastic bag than originally shipped.
