Order # 2005176348 UMIDIGI F2 ordered a week ago, still in prepairing status. last mail I got said that they are out of stock and that they will be able to ship it next week. I asked to cancel the order and transfer back the money (322.59C$) and confirm it but no response yet. please respond and help resolving the issue. update: after writing this review I was contacted and offered a refund which I just received in full. still no phone but I am fine with the outcome..considering the many cases that did not end so well. I would not recommend this side to anybody but at least they handled my refund pretty well and fast. I only wonder if they would have acted the same way without this review.
