Horrible delivery service
Horrible delivery service, They've promised me that the package (which is a holiday gift) would be delivered in one week and a half and it's been more than three weeks, tomorrow is the holiday and the package hasn't even entered the country of the sender, I don't know where it is, I've sent it three weeks ago, the Russian branch told me to contact the Algerian branch and the Algerian branch told me that it hasn't even entered the country. Broke their promise last time too with super late delivery. Best send your parcels elsewhere, don't trust this delivery service it has disappointed me and in turn I have disappointed my loved ones due to it. Now it's 4 July and they still haven't sent my parcel. It's been 2 months.
