I have been a Cuts customer for several years. Every product has been well made, and fit me well. With this latest order, Ivan has been there every step of the way to help resolve a shipping issue. The shipping company completely dropped the ball, and tracking was a nightmare, but that is not the fault of the Cuts brand. They are great people with great products. When my package did not arrive in a timely manner, Ivan quickly sent out an express replacement package. I love Cuts products and their impeccable customer service. Top grade!
