Just don’t do it.
Horrible. Took over 2 months to deliver my package, I asked to cancel it after we had no idea when to expect it because the tracking app they use does not work. Then they wouldn’t let us cancel and told us we had to return it but it came with no return information. We ordered this 2/2/2020 and I’m still in a battle to return it. Have had to email them consistently, they tried to rip me off with a 60% refund to try to get me to go away. They stopped responding to me until I disputed with my credit card company. Then they said they refunded and it would take 5-10 business days. 14 business days later and no refund, and now the cycle of no reply and disputes start again!! Their reply about disputing things with the credit company was after they refused to refund me the full amount or reply to me which is why I disputed it with the credit card company to begin with.
