Every time you call and email and every time it's the same pathetic response "Your parcel has been dispatched and should be delivered within the next 72 Business hrs should no delays occur." But NOTHING ever arrives and you call and email again and get the exact same response! Never ever use Buffalo International Logistics! They DO NOT deliver your goods and cost you more in phone calls and time following up than what their service (well lack thereof) is worth!!!!
