This is one of the most disgusting company's I have ever come across. Requested refund after postponement of DWD 2020 Numerous emails back and forth to get some response and all we get is " the contract reads .........." For starters that our funds were taken from our accounts on the phone with no such contract until they received our money, then and only then was the contract sent to us. They were still trying to sell tickets online up to the day before the postponed event To be told that we would need to go to the new date in October did not sit well as we could not take this time away from our business, juggling time away for the first date was difficult enough. We are down just over $17K for these arceholes that just don't care about the REAL HARDSHIPS we are facing. The fact that Tony Robbins is mixed up with such a disgusting company makes me rethink my thoughts on the man that many people swoon over.
