I am really upset by Vpost
I am really upset by Vpost. I had 3 parcels shipped via Vpost and 1 was missing from the Popstation storage box. I am not sure how this could happened when all boxes are secured with passwords. Tried contacting the customer service but was told to call back next days as the Vpost staff are off duty. Who can I trust if even our national postal service can fail in their most basic service delivery. Hope they can give me a satisfactory answer by the end of the week. Update: Vpost called to inform the next day that they have misplaced the parcel into a another box. Luckily the parcel was found but I cannot help but wondered what if the parcel was collected by someone else. Scary experience. Please continue doing your best. An organisation is GREAT becos its people are outstanding. It is never the other way round. Hope Singpost continues to improve and flourish with staff like yourselves. Thank you once again for changing my views of Singpost!
