I bought an Orient Sun & Moon from them and the delivery has been pretty fast (even during the pandemic crisis), the watch was in its box with the manual and the warranty (althrough the watchmaker warranty is not valid, creationwatches does provid their "own" warranty in case of a malunction) & was really nicely packed in the delivery box with good cushion for impact protection. Prices are really competitive, but you need to be aware, you might need to pay custom fees depending on were you are living, so you have to take that in count on your purchase, but overall it has been a nice experience for me.
