Help troubleshooting with real professional humans
Recently built a treehouse and decided to power it with the 200 watt PV solar panels I’d bought for our COVID RV and never employed. I got a 200 amp hour 12v AMG sealed lead acid battery from Renogy. All was going well until we started getting less sun. So I got a float charger. For a variety of reasons eventually the battery wasn’t keeping charged and so I used my old Stanley battery charger to top it off. First time it worked but then eventually same thing happened and I hooked up the charger again only this time it didn’t. Started a claim with Renogy assuming the battery wasn’t keeping charged faulty and not taking a charge. Lia walked me through the claim process and connected me with their engineering staff and going to have me ship the battery back to them when I decided to try another charger. Sure enough. Bad charger. Lia and the other real human beings that assisted me in this process were professional, kind, prompt and especially human! Super impressed!
