Deserves ZERO stars - COMPLETE SCAM!
COMPLETE SCAM! This company is not legitimate. Their shipping address says they're in the UK but the charge on my account says it's from Hong Kong. I ordered a custom blanket on May 1, 2020 and received an email on May5, 2020 informing me that my order "shipped". The strange tracking number website said my tracking number was not found. I sent their "support" an email asking about my order since I wanted this for Mother's Day and they said it would take 7-15 business days to receive it... Well... It is now May 28, 2020 and I have not received my order. Don't believe their fake reviews on their website. If they were real, they would provide links to them. Anyone can type in text and say a review was from FB or IG. Check out their FB page. It's filled with angry reactions and comments about this company. Don't waste your money on them!
