Items Purchased Never received
I purchased an order 8 days ago and still have not received it. I’ve called to chase the order but cannot get through to anyone due to COVID19. I’ve emailed info email, and received there automated email: Thank you for your email this has been received and one of our customer service advisors will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Please be aware our office’s are closed over the weekend and during the bank holidays. We have a high volume of enquiries that we are currently working through our apologises we will get back to you in due course. Thank you for your patience. **Please do not reply to this email** STILL NO REPLY! Therefore I cannot get through to anyone to help me. Therefore I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. This has happened before but it has never taken this long to resolve the matter, but this time I’m taken aback that I’ve heard nothing. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible please.
