Unhappy purchase
I never realized Pink Laura had so many negative reviews before I purchased my 3 tops off IG. It took about 5/6 weeks to get my order (also there was a Canada Post stike). I didn't like the tops (doesn't fit and not flattering size) I received so I contacted them for a refund. They provided me with a return address in China, which shipping is in the $100-$200 range when I looked up on FedEx, DHL, CP, UPS. They offered a 10% refund on a $80CAD order which was too little. I declined and tried to negotiate for a higher %, I ended get a 25% refund and was able to keep the tops.
