Trust Issues
As far as the platform goes, so far so good. The sign-up process was a little strange with the video chat requirement though. My issue is with trust. Because the company is clear across the world I'm having difficulties with putting more than a few grand in the space. They needed all this proof of who I am, yet I still don't know how my money is being protected, if at all. How about a video call with regard to that!
