Among many upset customers.
My order (#82561072) is at 63 days in transit. I have had conversations back and forth with customer service, with the only solution given, is to wait longer every time. I do not believe I will ever receive this order. Very, very disappointed. I guess the way this website scams you out of money is they send your order the first time you order from them, then once they have your trust and you spend a bit more money, they scam you out of it by not sending the package. Seriously, what is the point of us paying $$$ for shipping when it takes months? Doesn't make sense. I feel very certain that I have been scammed out of money just for a couple of dresses. If you do not provide a proper solution for me, I will be reporting the activity on my card as fraudulent. That is what this is, fraud! Despicable service!!
